Md. Billal Hossen, a young enthusiast and aspirant, is currently working as a Lecturer in the department of Food Engineering and Technology under the School of Science and Technology, State University of Bangladesh (SUB). He completed MSc in Applied Nutrition and Food Technology (ANFT) in 2019 from Islamic University, Bangladesh. He also obtained BSc (Hons) in Applied Nutrition and Food Technology (ANFT) in 2018 from the same university. Additionally, he secured first position in MSc and second position in BSc (Hons). He was awarded NST fellowship by Ministry of Science and Technology for his MSc thesis. He is a regular column and feature writer in different English and Bengali national daily of Bangladesh. Mr. Hossen also took part in different national level idea, essay and quiz competition and won several title including Championship.
